This exclusive artist’s loft, transformed into a living area, combines fully furnished luxury with privacy. With its own beach, road, and helicopter access, it is hidden among pine trees just one mile from San Marcos. Designed for two adults, additional guests are welcome for $75 per person per night.

The Space

Designed and built by a Czech glass artist and his wife, this modern house blends artistic charm and functionality. The house features:

Outdoor Spaces: Relax in the sun terrace or private shaded patio behind the house.

Master Bedroom: A flexible open-plan area with an orthopedic king-size mattress and a large sliding “barn” door, which can be opened to connect with the living space or closed for privacy.

Living Room: Situated between a well-equipped gourmet kitchen and the bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, sofa, hammock, and writing desk. It can serve as a second bedroom or working space and is perfect for groups, meetings, or meditation workshops.

Deck Access: All rooms open onto a wooden deck overlooking the lake and volcanoes.

The house accommodates 2-4 people comfortably, with large sliding doors that can create one large loft-like space or be closed for privacy.

Convenient Location

Set within a private garden, the house is just 100 meters (328 feet) from the lakeshore in a quiet and safe area. It is a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride to the village of San Marcos. The property has its dock with public boats available every 20 minutes for a 7-minute ride. Restaurants and shops are easily accessible by walk, tuk-tuk, or boat.

Natural Setting

Situated in raw nature, the property is chemical-free. Guests might occasionally see harmless spiders or black scorpions.
